We have a trade seller who refurbishes tables in the North of the UK , totally re stripping them and you can have a choice of colour shade of the woodwork .
GCL Billiards have allowed this trader to use their web site to further their coverage of the sale for this table and maybe a few more full size tables will also be advertised such as BCE steel Block Westbury and Riley Aristocrat steel block tables and normal cushioned Riley Aristocrats .

these tables that this trader is renovating are for people who wish a more tailored bespoke service of a fully refurbished table rather than to  buy second hand and take the table as is .
So therefore the price of the table will reflect the time and materials gone into the refurbishment , it is not the lowest cost option to buy a table like this when second hand ones can be bought but 10fts are much harder to locate and these K&H tables are rated Highly because they used the best materials to build them  , you are really buying a new table when they are refurbished like this .

This 10ft Karnehm and Hillman table is made from top quality Brazilian Mahogany not Philippine mahogany lookalike wood , and also has hand floated slates ,and adjustable muntins to prevent slate sag is also being put into the build of this refurbishment

like this OAK Chinese table below , this was supplied by a UK firm and they told the buyer it was UK made , when in fact it is low quality wood made in either china or India.

Here we have a very nice large legged mahogany George Wright , a sought after maker in the art of billiard table manufacture .
The table is located in West sussex .

Cloth condition looks very good .

this brighter photo shows the leg in nits full glory , slide in concealed knee panels hide the frame bolts
and the large turned  leg which was turned from a 10 inch block of wood has flutes carved into the leg
Flame veneer to side frame by the looks of it too .

the table comes fully equipped with the most important piece of maintance kit that you require the IRON
one ball looks faded in this photo so expect to buy a new set of balls if you are fussy
Brush , triangle , billiard ball set , box of chalk and all rests are with the table .

close up of cloth shows no track marks int he corner pockets which means the cloth has seen very little use , but a close inspection will be required to be fully sure .

We have a client who is moving House soon and would like to sell their full size Burroughs and watts snooker table
The table has been fully refurbished and is in very good almost unused condition since that refurb .
Look at the photo’s the condition is plain to see

every thing is with it Cues lights and scoreboard and small cue rack

The table is in Fantastic condition

the cloth is in as almost new condition

As you can see the polish of the woodwork is also as it was when installed

the classic Victorian Tulip leg design also has the 4 sided eyelet on the top turn , this was a much sought after table in the 1980s /90s when I was working for another Billiards firm
there are some parts that are not original like the knee panels and the cushions look modern to me which is not  a bad thing as the modern openings on a snooker table is a must for most players in today’s game
This table will be sold at a very reasonable price due to our clients wishing to move on the table pretty quick
I will add the advised price once I have discussed the selling market with the selling client which I have and it is £500 for this ground floor sited snooker table .

Slates and few parts loaded on a recent job location in Scotland

We have a client who wishes to sell their very nice antique full size Orme of Manchester snooker table circa 1895 -1900  which is based in Derby and we are looking for offers at this moment in time
you can make an offer for all of the equipment and the table or buy the table on it’s own or buy the scoreboard and cue rack seperately
the scoreboard is a desirable old Life Pool type and the rotating antique cue rack is also a desirable object

the full sized table is located above a Garage with modern 1990s Enbild light shade in stained wood

The very desirable Life Pool Scoreboard , these do hold a bit of value,  all though they do not fetch the very high prices of the 1980s and 90s and have halved in price with Ebay sales , expect to pay around the £350 to £450 mark for one of these in this Fair to average condition , this one has a bit of renovation the yellow is a new slide and the brass slide covers are not original feature , these will be hiding wear to the slot of the slide marker  , and is a normal wear a tare thing with these type of boards and shows it has had club or heavy use in its life .

The period Victorian revolving cue rack valued at around the same £450 as the scoreboard , 20 years ago these where fetching £750 easy , believe it or not a new replica of this  is sold for around the same price or even more  , this one is an original one though

A nice set of Snooker rules in very nice frame and glazed. worth around £40 to £50

An original house rule for club members also framed pointing out the conditions of table use and which table to play certain games on and timings .
if this came with the table it shows it was in an higher end club rather than a working mens club .

A bar table is also included

This Orme  & sons table was renovated by a firm I used to work for from 1980 to 2012 , and I am sure I helped installed this table in 1990 with the help of stiens or jonills removals men doing the lifting upstairs of the heavy slates .
The table had the cushions re-polished and re-rubber plus re-cover and the frame was waxed and buffed up , this table looks to have kept it’s reconditioned appearance and the woodwork looks in excellent order.
So there you have it , either bid for the entire package or bid just for the other Victorian  accessories

This is the latest type that supreme manufacture and has the raised lettering solid metal chrome corners not the old plastic chrome like on the old model

it also has the latest green badge so you know it is the current model

the new type anti bounce back rails with allen bolt key fixing

the cabinets do come in other colours but the pearl black is the most sought after , this table is a 6ft free play and has no coin operation
on Ebay they are currently £845 and that’s if they have them in stock , the ebay seller may string you along and say yeh a few days or a couple of weeks but it will drag on as there is definitely a 8 week waiting list unless they have ordered too many  , I collected this table Brand new on the 28th of September from an order placed 7 weeks ago for 6 tables it is still in its cardboard top cover with plastic wrapping .
so skip the waiting list especially if you want one for Christmas , this one is BRAND NEW still in original factory wrapper , Black pearl finish with 6811 Strachan Green cloth , 1 set of reds and yellows  Aramith premier ball set , two cues and triangle and box of chalk £795 Cash on collection  , the people that own it will help load it if you just turn up with a vivaro or transit sized van .

you may ask why is there a 8 week waiting list ? , that’s because the supreme winner is the most sought after model and make as used by major tournaments around the UK , they just cannot keep up with demand so everything is on back orders.
with 6 weeks waiting list only a month a go , it has now turning into 8 weeks for a new table to be ready on the run up to Christmas .
I have just ordered two 7fts for my own GCL billiards pub rental stock  and these will not be ready until December .
