The end plates on the cushions read Riley Burwat , this was a joining of two firms Burroughs and watts and Rileys , Burwat was joined to Riley’s in 1960s when Riley,s bought Burroughs and watts out , in the 1970s/80s Riley dropped the burwat name and went back to just Riley as a main name for the firm .
These name plates would have been put on in the 1960’s when the table was re-rubbered , I do not know if the table has since had another re-rubber , only the owner could give that information .
the table is in Private use and looks to have all accessories with the table , I do not know what type of scoreboard is with the table or if the table has an iron and cover
but contact with the owner could sort out what is with the table and what is not .
This table has to be sold soon rather than later , so you just may get a Bargain ……Offers?

*** I do not know if the table is upstairs at this moment in time I have asked the question but waiting for a reply  , but looking at one of the photo’s I can see a slanting roof rafters , so suggest this may be the case , to keep costs low the buyer may have to supply a little labour to help get the slates downstairs if this is the case , otherwise it is a 4 man job and twice the man power costs to remove this table . so please take this into consideration  when offering a price for the table .

Further info

Table is upstairs on the first floor and 4 men put it up there ,  so extra men will be required , but we do have professional slate slide which requires just three men if the stair is ok to use this on for example  no turns just a straight downwards stair. otherwise it is another 4 man job .

included with the table is two old iron’s and a cloth cover , plus various cue’s cue rack triangle and scoreboard and also the light if required , but we do recommend getting the new type low cost lighting that every one seems to be going over to , these coffin shades are now a bit old fashioned and do not give good lighting and plenty of side shadow of the ball . new high frequency lighting improves to give good sighting of balls with less shadow and they are very low cost to buy .
