We are having major problems with our BT connection , and this has resulted in our Land Line phone number being so unreliable , connection is very poor and sometimes not at all connected to the Phone , various engineers have been round and cannot fix it , we are waiting for Fibre to be installed in the road to get back to normal and a better connection once fibre is routed to our property .
Which we have been promised will be within 4 weeks time .
I hold my breath as 3 months have gone by since they first promised us this .
so far engineer has fitted , NEW HUB installed , new wires , new socket , disconnect old copper and use other copper wires to main box , still has not solved the problem .
Copper line Kelly company BT engineer blames Fibre engineer for the fault , Open reach Fibre engineer just say copper nothing to do with them .
