Set up to ground floor only .

Before I go on to describe the table , this table is used by many billiard firms and re-badged as their own table . The specs may differ slightly from supplier , but the one I am selling also has the adjustable anti slate adjuster slate supports .
This adjusted slate bearer is something often missed out on tables and in my opinion is a must have built in option .
the table has 1.5 inch three thick sectional pin together slates , these are diamond honed flat ,
the cushions bolt to the slate and the slate has insert lug nuts , many 8fts are nothing more than a thin slate one piece , with thick subframe and the cushions are wood screwed on , NOT GOOD .
A good table must have bolt into slate cushions to get the best bounce from them , THIS TABLE has those type of quality build cushions and slate .
The table also benefits from match designed pocket plates as used on star tables on TV to give you that professional experience .

This table has riley match pocket plates , The titan model is used by Riley and rebranded Renaissance but they are the same identical table , this table is badge less ….something the previous owner wanted .
The table is bubble wrapped as it came in , the polish is in very good order .
The photo below is a library photo of an identical table , but trust me the polish is in the same condition
I will unwrap the cushions and re-cloth in Hainsworth match , and supply an 8ft bed cloth .

You have the choice of collecting the table as it is described above bubble wrapped for £2250 or delivered and fitted within 100 mile of Junction 25 of M1 ( Long Eaton ) at £2695 .

An 8ft Titan is around £5000 new delivered .
An 8ft Riley Renaissance is £7122 on the Riley web site
this table will look just as good as a new one , when it is set up with a brand new cloth on it .
but at Half the price of the Titan , and closer to a third of the cost of the Riley , yet it is the same table as both tables and manufactured by the same factory .

I see many people asking for practice tables made up from cut down full size to around 6ft by 5ft
these can actually cost just as much as this 8ft table .
if you can accommodate a 8ft size table you will get the same potting experience of a full size on this 8ft table .
Also a good experience for playing pool on too , especially Chinese pool using a 2 inch or 2.1/6th ball .

We have a selling client who wishes to sell their very nice 7ft supreme free play winner pool .
These are around £1750 new , A Green badge model and my selling client says just 2 to 3 years old .
so this table will have the upgraded solid cast chrome corners and not chrome plastic , it will have alloy cushion beading too and not plastic cushion beading . as can be seen in the photos .
Never had rough commercial use , always played at home from new and not much use as the cloth looks ok in the photos , just in need of a good brush and iron .

We have a client wishing to sell their 10ft Snooker table , this table has 8 legs most 10fts have legs , so this is styled just the same as a 12ft full size .
Modern built table , manufacturer unknown , supplied by Ace snooker company which I think where based in Scotland from research .
The table will come with cues , rests , cue rack wall mounted , scoreboard 4 hander , dust cover , lighting , table iron , Brush and balls and triangle .
Priced at £750 as it stands in the room , if it was on the ground floor location it would have been £1500 for a rare to find 8 leg 10ft snooker table .

PLEASE NOTE … This table is located upstairs so any buyer must supply the man power to get the 5 slates downstairs and all woodwork without any damage to stair case or carpets .
Plus side to this is the slates do not weigh as much or as thick as a full size set , It would be best for a person based in Cornwall or Devon to have this table .
so that any fitting team could travel and stay over in Hotel B&B to get this moved over two days including the traveling .

Any removal dismantle loading delivery and set back up is NOT included or implied in the sale

Billiard fitting is a skilled art and a professional removal team is required .
so please employ a Professional to relocate the table .

As you can see this is the stairs involved , you must be very careful to get the correct team in to remove this table to get the slate downstairs with out damage to stair case or carpet .
I would suggest a strip of old carpet and blankets is used , and the making of a slate slide .
At £750 the seller has allowed for any buyer to get the extra man power in to get this table downstairs ,as if it was on the ground floor the table would be priced at £1500 .
Not many 10fts about for sale , and not many with 8 legs , so if you are on the lookout for one this one not to be missed , Priced to sell at just £750 will that is pictured with it as table accessories . .
