ANY PERSON WITH A HOTMAIL email trying to contact us BT have blocked HOTMAIL ?

We have had a few clients who are trying to contact us via our BT email address and they have Hotmail address .
For some reason BT have put a filter on to stop Hotmail from reaching us .
We are working on this problem to rectify it , very annoying as it can cuase friction between us and a client when we insist we have not recieved photos or emails to look at a table or advertise a table for sale .

Blocked Senders List: Hotmail addresses or domains can end up on your BT Mail blocked list by mistake.
Spam and Security Filters: BT or Microsoft’s spam filters may flag and reject messages from specific incoming servers or shared IP addresses.
Server Routing Issues: Temporary connection or routing problems can disrupt mail delivery between the two providers
